The registration fee covers conference materials,

With the kind support of the Alexander
von Humboldt Foundation, Germany, and the Stability Pact
for South Eastern Europe, we could provide grants covering partially the
conference expenses for participants from academic institutions of the
countries supported by the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe (Albania,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldavia, Romania, Serbia
and Montenegro). The applications for grant will be open till
April 20th. In addition to the filled registration form, the applicants
should state their preference for support of accommodation, registration fee or
travel expenses. They should also attach short CV with list of relevant
publications, and a short letter of recommendation (by e-mail) from the
supervisor for PhD students and junior scientists.
